How to order

1. Please fill out the contact form. You may also reach out directly by email, but please ensure to include all required information.

2. While filling out your contact form, please include a phone number you can text from and an email you regularly check and respond to.

3. In the message

   1. Include the date you want to receive your treats.

   2. How many people are you serving/ how large do you want the cake (i.e., 3 layers of 6-inch round)/ or how many items (cookies, brownies, etc.) are you looking for?

   3. The theme of the event and theme you want the treat to represent, specific colors you want to be included, etc. (ex, firetruck theme party- firetruck theme cake, include colors red, orange, yellow)

   4. Include inspirational pictures if possible- send them via email to samabashiti@gmail.com.

Payment

Payment Information: Payments can be submitted via Venmo to @Sama-Bashiti. Please ensure the correct amount is sent and include your name and order detail in the payment notes for confirmation.

Deposit

To secure your order, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This ensures your spot on our schedule and allows us to begin preparing for your custom creation. The remaining balance is due upon pickup or delivery. Please note that deposits are non-refundable, as they cover the cost of materials and time dedicated to your order.

• If you are quoted 150$ for your order, 75$ will be due at the time of booking. The remaining 75$ is due at pick-up or delivery.

Delivery

Cake Care

This home bakery is based in Los Gatos, CA.

For every 1 mile, there is a 5$ delivery charge.

• If your delivery location is 5 miles away from our location, there will be a 25$ delivery fee.

• If you are interested in delivery, please mention this in your initial email so a quote can be provided.

Cakes are built and stabilized (in most cases) with buttercream. Do not leave your cake in the sun for any reason for any extended period. It will melt.

• Keep It Cool: Store your cake in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For cakes with buttercream or perishable fillings, refrigerate until 1-2 hours before serving.

• Serving Temperature: Allow refrigerated cakes to sit at room temperature for 30-60 minutes before serving for the best flavor and texture.

• Handle With Care: When transporting, place the cake on a flat surface and avoid sudden stops or sharp turns.

• Cutting Tips: Use a sharp, non-serrated knife for clean slices. Wipe the knife between cuts for the best presentation.

• Leftover Storage: Wrap leftover slices tightly or place them in an airtight container. Most cakes stay fresh in the fridge for 3-5 days.
